Common questions
What areas do you cover?
All of Bakersfield and most of Kern County — including Rosedale, Riverlakes, Seven Oaks, Oildale, Shafter, Wasco, Delano, Taft and Tehachapi. If you are not sure whether we reach you, call and ask; we will tell you straight away rather than waste your afternoon.
How quickly can you come out?
Often the same day. We work 6 AM to 9 PM seven days a week and hold slots open for same-day work. Several of our reviews describe calling in the morning and having the TV on the wall by early afternoon.
Do you charge for quotes?
Phone quotes are free — describe the room and you get a real number before anyone drives anywhere. If a job genuinely needs eyes on it first, an on-site assessment is a chargeable service call, and we will tell you that cost up front before booking it.
Are you insured?
Fully insured, yes. Every job we do is covered, and if anything ever goes wrong we tell you immediately rather than hoping you do not notice.
