Cancelling or moving an appointment
Call or text 661-412-4308 as far ahead as you reasonably can and we will move you to another slot. We would much rather reschedule than have you sitting at home for a job you no longer want done.
If we have to move you
Occasionally a job before yours turns out to be far bigger than it looked, or something breaks. If that happens we will call you as early as we can, tell you honestly what is going on, and get you booked back in at the first opportunity.
If nobody is home
If we arrive and cannot get access, we will call you before we leave. Repeated no-access visits may attract a charge, and we will always warn you before that applies rather than surprising you with it.
