Zoom or Teams — do we have to pick?
A properly built room can run either, and we set it up around whichever your company lives in. If you need both, we design for both from day one.
Our room echoes and the far end cannot hear us. Fixable?
Usually, yes — it is a microphone placement and acoustics problem, not a buy-a-new-everything problem. We diagnose before we sell.
Can it use the equipment we already bought?
If it is good gear, absolutely. Plenty of rooms just need the pieces wired, mounted and configured like a system instead of a pile.
How disruptive is the install?
Typically a day or two, scheduled around your meetings. Wiring runs inside walls and ceilings — the room looks better when we leave, not worse.
What happens when it breaks in six months?
You call the people who built it — or better, our Support Desk already saw the fault and fixed it remotely before your meeting.
