Can you remove a virus without wiping my computer?
Usually, yes. Most infections can be cleaned without erasing your files or reinstalling Windows. If a machine is too far gone we will tell you honestly — and we always protect your data first.
I got a pop-up saying to call Microsoft — is that real?
No. Those call-this-number pop-ups are a scam to get remote access or a payment. Do not call the number — shut the browser and call us instead, and we will check the machine is clean.
Can you help with ransomware?
We can assess it. Some ransomware is recoverable, some is not, and paying is rarely the answer. We will tell you straight what is salvageable and get you back to a safe, working machine.
