The difference is the install

Where it transforms a room

Everyone has seen the sad version: a bare strip stuck to the wall, sagging at one corner, a wall-wart and cord in plain view, and blinding LED dots reflecting in the TV. The strips are cheap — the craft is everything around them.

TV bias lighting

A soft glow behind the TV that cuts eye strain at night and makes the picture pop — wired to the TV’s own power so it comes on with the screen.

Under-cabinet kitchens

Even, shadow-free counter light in channels under the uppers — diffused so you see light, never the little dots, with the driver hidden inside a cabinet.

Coves, shelves & stairs

Ceiling coves, display shelving and stair runs — the architectural look, done with proper channels and clean wire paths instead of adhesive and hope.

Game rooms & color scenes

Full-color scenes for the game room or theater, grouped in the app, on your voice assistant, and dimmed from the couch.

The part that matters

Channels, diffusers, and power you never see

Three things separate an installed look from a stick-on look. Aluminum channels — screwed, not taped — so strips run straight forever and the adhesive never gives up in a Bakersfield summer. Diffusers, so you get a clean line of light instead of a row of dots reflected in every screen and countertop. And hidden power — drivers tucked in cabinets or closets, switched and dimmed properly, with no cord trailing down the wall.

Add smart control where you want it — scenes, schedules, voice — and the lighting becomes part of the house rather than a gadget on it.

I would highly recommend Kalieb Designs if you need your TV mounted. They did a very good job. They were able to see us in a very short time period and arrived on time.

My husband and I recently used their services to mount a new 75 inch TV in our new home. They did not disappoint. They were meticulous in measuring the wall and mounting the TV in the correct position. It looks amazing. They did an amazing job of camouflaging the cables, which was important to me. Definitely recommend for all TV mounting needs.

Questions we get asked every week

Will LED strips damage my paint or cabinets?

Bare adhesive strips can peel paint when they come down — that is exactly why we mount channels with screws into solid material. The strips live in the channel, and the wall never carries the tape.

Can the lights come on with the TV automatically?

Bias lighting can run from the TV's USB port so it powers with the screen, or from a smart plug tied into a scene — 'movie time' dims the room and lights the wall in one command.

Do they work with Alexa and Google?

The smart lines we install do — grouped by room, dimmable by voice, schedulable in the app. We set all of it up before we leave.

How long do LED strips last?

Quality strips are rated for tens of thousands of hours — years of nightly use. Heat is what kills cheap ones, which is another job the aluminum channel quietly does: it is a heatsink.
